Processing times and Shipping

  • Our processing times vary by collection. Please carefully read the processing time for the hair that you are ordering. No orders are processed on weekends or holidays. If you need to pickup sooner, please email us first to see if we can accommodate your request.
  • For Shipping, delivery time within the United States is 2-4 days once it is shipped. We use USPS and require a signature for all packages. Please keep in mind that during holidays, this time may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS. Thank you for your patience. 


Local Pick-up

  • If local pick-up is selected as your desired form of delivery, you will receive an email for pick-up time and location to receive your order once it is processed. This option is only available for customers in St. Louis, MO. *Please note, our pick up locations are in Hazelwood or Florissant only.


Return Policy

At Her Habit we maintain a very high level of quality assurance. Our products go through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. Our primary focus is to make sure you are 100% satisfied.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be issued.
